Lets face it. There are thousands of entrepreneurial options on the Internet for online marketers. The big question is: are they ethical options? The answer to that question is, of course, no for the vast majority of get rich schemes that arrive daily in you email, although they may not necessarily be considered unethical. There are, however, ethical online options out there but how can the beginning marketer tell the difference when even seasoned marketers are sometimes drawn in to business propositions that are not what they appeared to be on the surface. Ask most any successful online marketer and he or she will own up to having lost, sometimes thousands of dollars, before they found the real thing.

So if you are a newbie marketer just what may be your chance for economic success.   Are there any ethical online options from which to choose to invest your hopes and dreams, not to mention your hard earned savings.   Perhaps you are recently retired and searching for that certain retirement income opportunity that will provide a measure of financial security in your old age. How do you know. How do you separate the wheat from the chafe, the good from the bad, the ethical from the unethical?

Some of the really off the wall opportunities may not necessarily be unethical but merely poor planning or judgment on the part of the people who are promoting that particular business opportunity. Perhaps a good rule of thumb is: if it seems too good to be true it probably is. When choosing between entrepreneurial options it is important to do your research. Get as much information as you can about the opportunity and the person or company that is presenting the opportunity to you. Google the person or company. Can you trust the person making the offer? Sometimes even someone you trust and respect may steer you wrong unintentionally. When push comes to shove you will have to use your own judgment.

Here are some further suggestions that may be of value to you. If you are trying to go it alone you may eventually make it but you may do so through trial and error and expend large sums of money in the process. So find a team or  that will support you in the process. There are many good groups on the Internet and of course some are better than others. Look for a group that will provide live training, one on one coaching and easy access to your mentor or sponsor. Look for a group that offers the opportunity for multiple streams of income and allows you to market other products beyond the ones that the group promotes. Look for a group that will tell you honestly that they offer no get rich quick scheme and one that offers a variety of ways to market your products. You should look for a group that allows you to join free so that you have the opportunity to find out for yourself what the group is about before you spend your money and when you are comfortable that you want to be a paid member it will not cost an arm and a leg.
